Tried to make it up to the Brighton Dam on Thursday afternoon, but New
Hampshire Av was closed beyond Gold Mine. As an alternative I went to
Brown's Bridge where I met Jordon W. We were there for about 1/2 hour
and the species were limited. About 2 dozen Canada Geese, a few Teal, a
Wood Duck, a Spotted SP and Great Blue and Green Herons.

Did a tour of the Layhill Park Friday AM-lots of Flickers, Cardinals,
House Finch, Chickadees, 2 Red-bellied WP, 3 empids and a possible imm
Mourning Warbler.

For those planning to do the Sunday Layhill Park walk, it has been
postponed until the 25th (Sat).

Rick, I tried to find the Lincoln sparrows but no luck.
