Checking the Chesapeake Bay from the vantage points of the Bay Hundred region gave the following: (started at Blk Walnut at 0900) Black Walnut Point Common Tern 5 Forster's Tern 8 DC Cormorant 4 and the normal gulls Gt Blue Heron 21 (fishing on leeward side of end of the island) Osprey 4 Great Egret 1 Tilghman Park Forster's Tern 12 and the normal gulls, including 20 Gt Black Backs Lowe's Wharf Forster's Tern 2 Bald Eagle 2 (1 adult, 1 1st yr) Claiborne Pier Forster's Tern 17 Royal Tern 3 Mute Swan over 100 and at my house - Tunis Mills- RT Hummingbird 1 - (came in after the storm yesterday; my others had disappeared after 9/7; this one is still around here this morning, drinking like mad - a juvenile) Immature Osprey - Mine is still being fed by the male - went without food yesterday, but the male brought food a few minutes ago.
