Jim, We had 7 nighthawks flying overhead at dusk here in Colesville, MD, on Sunday, the 19th. 8/23/88 9/2/89 9/1/90 9/2/91 9/8/92 9/4/93 9/3/94 8/25/95 none in 1996 (we were away) 9/7/97 9/6/98 9/19/99 As you can see, this year is the latest we have seen them from our Eastern Montgomery County yard.
