No hawkwatching this weekend as I was helping out at Horsehead Wetlands Center during the Waterfowl Festival on Sat and went out on living history camping at Ft. Frederick State Park in Washington County on Sun. Will return on Mon. morning. Ft. Frederick has some good numbers of early winter residents today with several dozens of Ruby-crowned Kinglets, some Golden-crowned Kinglet, Pine Warblers, Yellow-rumped Warblers, tons of geese headed ESE with several flocks all day, among others. Common Raven seen at the Potomac River along Ches & Ohio Canal Trail just west of Ft. Frederick at 6:15am. There are many other birds seen at the park some in good numbers and some in fair numbers. Will post in full list tomorrow night (Mon.), I'm tired now from a long trip from the camp. Kevin Graff Baltimore, MD ggraff@erols.com
