Hi All:
I was disappointed to see that our regular Wed. morning counters did not
make it out to TP this morning, noone there when I arrived at 12:40.
There was a great flight and I was glad to have the company of Dave
Wilson, who does Community Outreach for the MD Coastal Bays Watershed
Conservation Plan. He just happened along, looking for a hawk watch.
You just never know who you`re going to meet at the hawk watch!! He
indicated that he would be interested in speaking to our club.

raptors, including UR-3 and UA-6
A good day for falcons, with 4 MERLIN, 2 PEREGRINE and 19 KESTREL. The
first Peregrine came directly overhead at 2:15, providing killer looks
of a mature male. SHARPIES provided the bulk of the count- 77 with
COOPS at 17. Others included REDTAIL-3, BROADWING-1, TURKEY VULTURE-20,
NORTHERN HARRIER- 6 and BALD EAGLE- 6.

WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS, YELLOW-RUMPS AND GOLDEN CROWN KINGLETS have
arrived.
