Hi, This morning I saw a large juvenile Cooper's hawk fly over downtown Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland, at about 14th-16th story level equivalent, heading south. This is the second large juvenile Cooper's I've seen this month. Other hawks this month have been brown-backed Merlin (reported earlier), and Red-tailed Hawk.
