Hi, Bob-- Monocacy Bottom Road was closed several months ago by the authorities. Apparently the road by the river was often the scene of drinking parties, and allegedly someone leaving the scene was involved in a lethal? accident. It can still be accessed by walking through Lilypons, and last week had it's typical nice assortment of sparrows. Lydia Schindler Darnestown, too
