Sunday afternoon (Nov. 7), there were 16 Common Loons and one RED-THROATED LOON above the dam at Conowingo. The wind was high and th water very choppy, and viewing was difficult from the railroad tracks. The birds were spread from the dam nearly to the Pennsylvania line. Among the hundreds of Bonaparte's Gull were 4 Forster's Terns. A Blue Goose was in the flock of Canada Geese at the Price Road pond.
