[MDOsprey] Snowy Owl in NJ

An extraordinary year it is, my friends.  An immature Snowy 
Owl has been reported from Manasquan Inlet in NJ.  It was 
unfortunately forced to fly off by someone who chased after it.  
Keep your eyes on the DE shore and OC Inlet/Assateague.
