An American Tree Sparrow was present at the Patuxent Research Refuge, North
Tract (AA Co.) at 4 p.m this afternoon. This is the earliest I've see one
there--we usually only get them in Dec/Jan.

Does anyone know if the Black Scoter is still present at Lake Elkhorn in
Columbia? I looked yesterday, but the wicked wind made my visit short and
unsuccessful.
