Just  a tip for anyone intending to use Bald Friar Rd in
Cecil County to try to see the Pacific Loon:  the people
along this short, narrow road may be nervous right now
following an arson fire of a barn earlier this week.  There
have been a string of arsons in the area.  Locals may be a
tad suspicious of strangers, so be on your best behavior.
Wear a smile and don't get offended if people ask what you
are doing.
