The Pacific Loon was moving up and down river in the area along the railroad tracks between the Bald Friar Rd. parking area and the Mt. Zoar Rd. parking area between 10am and 2pm on Saturday, Nov. 20. It came quite close to the Cecil Co. shoreline during this time.
