[MDOsprey] Merlin in DC

A Merlin landed on an antenna atop the AFL-CIO building around 3:30  pm
on Friday.  It returned two more times and as the sun was setting, I
could see it had caught something small that it was tearing at.  A Merlin
landed on the same antenna on Tuesday afternoon of this week.  The
building is on the corner of 16th and I Streets in downtown Washington,
D.C. (about two blocks from the White House).  

Earlier in the day, a Red-tailed Hawk sailed by my office window heading
south.
