>Ospreyers,

As I see frequent posts to MDOsprey detailing sightings from southern PG county
I thought that the following would be of interest to list members.

> A number of proposed housing developments in and around the
> rural tier of Prince George's County are slated for a hearing
> before the PG Planning Board. Many of these proposals will
> impact prime breeding bird areas in southern Prince George's
> including FIDS habitat and wetlands.
>
> The hearing will be held at 8:30 AM on April 15 at the PG
> County Administration Building in Upper Marlboro.

A large citizen turnout in opposition to these developments is
critical to protecting bird habitat in PG County!

Please feel free to contact me offlist for more
information.

Thank you for any assistance or suggestions that you can provide to
help get the word out about this hearing.
