  Hello
 I took a little walk around Lake Elhorn this morning
before it started raining hard out.
 I can't remember exactly how many of each speices I
saw, but I did see:
 1 Pied-billed Grebe
 1 Double-crested Cormorant
 Canada Goose
 Mute Swan
 Mallard
 2 Ring-billed Duck
 1 Great Blue Heron
 1 SHARP-SHINNED HAWK (year's first)
 1 American Coot
 Mourning Dove
 1 Downy Woodpecker
 1 Eastern Phoebe
 Tree Swallow
 Rough-winged Swallow
 American Crow
 Tufted Titmouse
 1 BROWN CREEPER (another year's first)
 2 Carolina Wren
 1 RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET (another one)
 American Robin
 European Starling
 1 Yellow-rumped Warbler
 5 Palm Warbler
 Song Sparrow
 White-throated Sparrow
 Dark-eyed Junco
 Northern Cardinal
 Red-winged Blackbird
 House Sparrow
  And besides lots of Gray Squirrels, I saw my year's
first Woodchuck.
