Hi Folks,

Last evening (13 April), tired of the rain, I decided to get out and visit a
couple of wet areas where the rain wouldn't matter so much. Visits were
made to Pond #10 off Nursery Rd. in N. AA County, and to Southwest Area
Park, in southwest Baltimore Co. The findings:

    Pond #10, AA Co.:
PB Grebe--1
DC Cormorant--2
Wood Duck--1 drake
Rough-winged Swallow--2

    Southwest Area Park, Balt. Co.:
Greater Yellowlegs--1, in pool on grass where model airplanes fly
W. Snipe--25, flushed from recently burned area south of the southern loop
trail
B. Kingfisher--1
Tree Swallow--5
Rough-winged Swallow--20

On Monday (12 April) I visited Sawmill Creek Park in Glen Burnie, AA
Co., and found:
Great Egret--1
Chipping Sparrow--1
Fox Sparrow--1
Swamp Sparrow--2, 1 of which was singing his heart out.
