A walk around Schoolhouse Pond after a late lunch was highlighted by a
Glossy Ibis feeding on the exposed mudflats towards the back side of the
pond. The bird was walking on the mudflats probing in the mud as it went.
Other highlights from this week have included the return of the White-eyed
Vireos and Northern Parula, large numbers of Mrytle Warblers, and a Palm
Warbler (Western) this morning.
