After a short walk in the Land Trust, I headed for
North Beach.

2 handsome Swamp Sparrows
1 Singing Brown Thrasher
assorted Yellow-throated & Pine Warblers singing
one Ovenbird w/reduced song
one Ovenbird with strong song
one wood duck

North Beach

dozen Blue-winged Teal
2  Red Knot
1 pr Green-winged Teal
1 Forster's Tern
2 Osprey
numerous Purple Martins
30 Tree Swallows
6 Barn Swallows
2 Horned Grebes
6 Snowy Egrets
1 Mute Swan
1 calling Pileated Woodpecker

ps Don't come to Calvert tomorrow -- big celebration
with parades -- 350th anniversary.  roads blocked etc
