Sandy Point State Park, Anne Arundel County, from 7:45 - 8:45 a.m.,
Tuesday, April 20....

        Bird highlights were:

        Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher, active in the wood margins near a marsh. Not much
blue at all on this individual.
        Brown Thrasher (3+), singing lustily
        Orchard Oriole (1)

        These are year birds 92, 93 and 94 for us.

        Other species noted include R-W Blackbird, House Finch, D-C Cormorant
(flyover), C Goose, White-Throated Sparrows still around, Carolina
Chickadee, Mockingbird, American Robin, Crow. Many of the bay ducks seem to
be gone now from the Chesapeake Bay coastline at the park...

        And one dragonfly - first I've seen this year. Sorry, don't have any
experience with ID'ing the species.
