Dear Mike:
I would like to see the Barn Owls in Charles County. Can you give me
directions from Baltimore to the sites. Also, do you know when the best
times to see the owls are?

Are the barn owls easily viewable? Can the Public access the site?
Thanks.

                    good birding!

feeder at work in Nanjemoy today around 6pm. Hopefully this great looking
bird will hang around for the next few days so the 5th grade students can
spot it during our bird watching activity on Friday.

It is in the opposite side of the County from where the other two exist.
The nest is not in one of our nest boxes but is on the floor of a cement
bottomed silo. The nest consists of six eggs laying on what appears to be
about a five or six shredded pellets and appears to be a brand new nest.
What an exciting day!
