Does anyone here know how to access Kingman Island? I found a footbridge
leading to the island, but when I went over there this morning, the gate
in front of it was locked. Does it have limited hours of access?

Recent sightings: Yesterday afternoon I found a Hermit Thrush and an
Eastern Towhee in the park at the corner of Lousiana Ave and D St., NE,
and in the same place I had good views of a Black-and-white Warbler the
day before. White-throated Sparrows and Gray Catbirds were present on
both days.
