Last Saturday Parke John said he had Bobolinks in the fields at Fair Hill. So I decided to stop in on the way home from work this afternoon. I had 3 different Male Bobolinks displaying out over the fields and into the Cherry Tree's on the hedge row. That truly is a cool thing to watch. Definitely not the drab, hum-drum bird I see in the fall.
