For anyone doing a DC big day, there has been a COMMON LOON in breeding
plumage in the Tidal Basin the past two days.  In addition, BARN SWALLOWS
are nesting under the bridge near the FDR Memorial, and N. R-W SWALLOWS are
nesting in the wall above the water, near the Swan Boat parking.  Be
careful, the US Park Police monitor the Swan Boat parking lot religiously
for parking violaters.
