Hi All,
While birding for the May Count, Jim Boxwell, found a Painted Bunting in
a Red Cedar tree near my feeder! It ate at a seed bell for a few
minutes then left and was back off and on. We went on with the rest of
our territory, so I don't know the specifics of his visit, but the last
time I saw him he was back in the cedar with a male Indigo Bunting, a
male Blue Grosbeak and a male Northern Cardinal all in the same
binocular view! Quite a boys club!
