This SUNDAY May 30, Parke John (410-287-6037;  ) will lead a trip to the Elk Neck State Forest-one of the ecological gems of Cecil County. This ½ day Cecil Bird Club trip will begin (7 a.m.) at the Forest Entrance Parking Lot, off Irishtown Road.
