At lunchtime, around the Tidal Basin and Lincoln Monument 
areas, I saw the following highlights:
   Tidal Basin
Wood Duck (female), carrying her two ducklings on her back

   FDR Memorial
Brown Thrasher
Lots of fledged starlings
Orchard Orioles singing from trees near entrance
(1) Blackpoll

   DC Veteran's Memorial
Another blackpoll

  Constitution Gardens
Two different male Baltimore Orioles chasing away crows,
   leading me to suspect nearby nests
A pair of Brown Thrashers
A female Common Yellowthroat

It looks like migration is done, on the Mall anyway.
