Hello. Just an update. I was out searching for Kites, from 3:00 pm on until 5:15. My neck was getting sore, so I came in for 10 Minutes. Then, when I  went back outside,  the same Female that was there flying around yesterday was there, and with what I am assuming is the same Male as yesterday. This seems to be a good time to see them. Its fun to watch them eat Dragon Flies.
