I truly believe that Kites turn invisible when it becomes cloudy or rainy outside.
The same exact thing happened last weekend with the same weather.
Tomorrow, late morning or early afternoon might have some possibilities.
The winds are supposed to change and come out of the North West in the afternoon.
Come on clear skies and West winds.
