After the stunning morning on Assateague John Hubble and myself drove
over to Nassawnago where we did well with breeding warblers. Stopping at
the Rt. 50 pits west of Salisbury we had a White-rumped Sandpiper feeding
with Least and Semipalm. Sandpipers. Unfortunately no Stilts.
On Sunday we spent all day in Somerset. The water levels were quite high on
Deal with many singing Seaside Sp. At Rumbley Pt. we had a single
Salt-marsh Sharp-tail Sp. amongst the many Seasides. There were two Glossy
Ibis in the Rt. 50 pits late afternoon.
