And I have discovered a N. Rough-winged Swallow nest with young in a drain
pipe in the side of a new bridge, built over RR tracks in Hampstead. I and
several others watched for 20 minutes while Mom and Pop fed continuously,
and carried away the occasional fecal sacs. The person who discovered the
nest is a new birder and was quite proud of her discovery,as was I!
