For good variety, try Jug Bay (Patuxent River), accessible from either the
Jug Bay Wetland Sanctuary (AA County side) or the Patuxent River Park (PG
Side). There are many raptor species that either breed here or nearby
(less than 1 mile from area), and may often be found on good days (during
fair weather). There are ~15 osprey nests (platforms) that I know of in
this vicinity; it's a high density that is pretty amazing and a joy to
see. Other species you may see here are bald eagle, red-tailed hawk, red-
shouldered hawk, cooper's hawk, American kestrel, and barred, great horned,
barn and Eastern screech owls. The screech and barn owl, kestrel, and
cooper's hawk are probably the least predictable raptors to find (there)
during nesting season, unless of course, you know where there is a nest!

For Peregrines, try one of the sites they are known to nest (sparsely
scattered around the state).

I have no recommendation for broad wing hawk locations; or any for the
other uncommon/hard to find breeding raptors.
