MD Osprey:

I searched for the Laurel Purple Gallinule this morning (Thu 07/08/2004)
from 7:30 - 10 am without success (a payback?).

BTW, from the "trailhead" (i.e., the wooden fenced area), a path runs along
the left side of the lake all the way to the back left corner. I ran into a
muddy area that I couldn't cross so I don't know if there is also a trail
along the back side of the lake or not (but I suspect there is).

Neat place.

Please report future sighting attempts, both negative and positive.
