MD Osprey:

I know that lots of people saw this bird; however, so far I only have
documentation from the following sources:

Dave Czaplak - two digital video grabs from his web site
Ed Boyd - an email with lots of descriptive information
Jim Stasz - an email with some descriptive information
Kevin Graff - an email with some descriptive information
Danny Poet - an email with some descriptive information

I have received no "formal" reports as of today. I know that some other
images were also taken.

We need permission to use emails gleaned from listservers, so unless I hear
to the contrary from the email authors, above, I'll assume it's OK to use
your email in the review process.

If anyone out there has additional information on this bird and will be
submitting it to the records committee, please let me know (off line) and
I'll keep the file open for the information.

Thanks.

Phil

PS: Some people think the committee process is very slow. It is a slow
deliberative process, but as you can see, it often can take years
(literally) to round up and capture the outstanding documentation
associated with some rarities even before the review process begins!
