... but the supplement, which provides discussion, references, and updated
text to the 7th Edition of the Checklist (the large book) is not available
on-line. The AOU does sell these supplements through Buteo Books for $3 a
copy, but it hasn't shown up on the Buteo web site yet ...

I know people have scanned and posted on the web some of the earlier
supplements, but I haven't seen this for the 45th (however, I'm guessing
that this a probably an intellectual property infringement).
