After Checking  Central  Sod Farms I went to Kent Narrows  to see about the
Black Crowned  Night Herons  2 adults  were presant just before dark in the
pond across from the remax office but flew to the Jetty in the main Narrows
channel sitting out there. while vewing them could see the dark form of a
shorebird feeding on same jetty in the fading light . Before that Went To
the  Coot and Grebe spot.between  Queenstown  And Grasonville    saw 3  fast
growing Coot Chicks one  now looks like the youngster pictured in sibley
.Others are younger and smaller.   Moorehens   not seen  in a while  have
not confrimed them breeding  There .    At least 6  Pied Billed Grebes there
.  No doubt  some of the youngsters born there eariler  this summer. Also
the drake Canvas Backed Duck still near Grasonville  in same cove.
