Hi all,
 I have a request for a good spot to look for hawks, primarily, but other
birds too, somewhere nearby Montgomery County, in late September. Other than
Washington Monument State Park in Boonsboro, I can't think of any place else
fairly close by with both hawks and passerines. Any thoughts?

The ANS youth birding team needs a place to go the last weekend in September,
and the idea of hawkwatching came up.  Thanks for any info,
