Hi All Just a short Note .That today at The Wye Research center near
Queenstown . I saw a Chipping Sparrow nest in a peach tree At about 5 to
5.5 Feet above the ground . I saw the nest last week with 3 eggs Now it has
hatched young just a few days old. As an atlas bird it was all ready
confrimed in this block. But interesting at this late date none the less .
Several Years ago at the Banding Station up at Chino Farms in northern Queen
Annes Co . They banded a young Chippie fresh out of the nest in late Sept
. Exact date i woild have to look Up. Happy
