Yes it does. Eventually, hopefully at least, a small trail will be made to
lead to the pond so you don't have to cut through all those weeds, and Rob
Gibbs  says he would like to see some plywood sheets put up on the fence with
viewing  holes, so you don't spook the waterfowl when viewing. The park is still,
I  believe, a work in progress, but certainly turning up some nice surprises
in its  short history.
