Aaron,
   Could you provide us some details on your Blackburnian Warbler, please.  There are only two historical records for the state that are later, and this was the only warbler on your list, which is also surprising.
   The Brant and Snow Geese are rare in Garrett County but have appeared occasionally in fall in the past.  On what part of the lake did you find them?
