Note the following message is in paragraph form. The last message was a
list, but for some reason I started writing this one as a paragraph.

Mike Burchett and I found 2 Hudsonian Godwits this afternoon at the Great Oak
Pond in Kent County. One adult and one juvenile. The Snow geese flew away
soon after we arrived so we couldn't look for Ross's, but we did find 1
Richardson's Goose in the Canada flock. Shorebirds were greatly diminished from
Walter's list earlier. We only saw 8 Dunlin and 1 Lesser Yellowlegs in addition
to the godwits. Chespeake Farms was loaded with Pintail, but not much else.
The John Hanson Rd ponds had 2 Greater Yellowlegs, 3 Lesser Yellowlegs, a
Killdeer, and a Black-bellied Plover. Ruddy Ducks and Shoveler were numerous, but
we didn't attempt a count in the fading light. Pipits called from overhead
and some landed on the dikes. There were about 12 Tree Swallows on wires.
