Hello.

There was a pair of RUDDY DUCKS on the Potomac just off of East Potomac
Park this afternoon, about a third of the way from the railroad bridge
to Hains Point. These may be left over from the group reported earlier
in the week. Not much else was around aside from the usual suspects.
