I visited Great Oak Pond on 11/05 from 12:00 noon - 14:00 and observed 7
Bald Eagles (two adults, one 3rd year, one 2nd year and three juveniles);
eating two freshly killed Snow Geese. While watching the Bald Eagles, a
juvenile GOLDEN EAGLE arrived and took a tasty morsel from the Bald Eagles.
The Golden Eagle stayed around for about an hour. Once the eagles finished
feeding, 17 Turkey Vultures moved in to clean thing up.

Birds seen:

Snow Geese

ROSS'S GOOSE

Canada Goose

18 Tundra Swans (flyby)
