Two Purple Finches were present at my feeders this morning. They have been
present most days for the past two weeks. A Red-breasted Nuthatch also
comes by for sunflower seeds. One Hairy Woodpecker came around the feeders
yesterday. Normal viewing in the morning includes up to 20 Goldfinch and a
dozen or so House Finches. Out on the waters of Leeds Creek we now have
about 1600 Canada Geese each day, along with over 50 Mallards, up to 10
Ruddy Ducks and one Common Loon.

At the 'closed for Veteran's Day Easton WWTP' this morning there was an
EASTERN PHOEBE along the entrance road.

Talbot County is truly swarming with Canada Geese right now - very large
flocks in many of the harvested fields.
