Roosevelt Island, Wash, DC, 17 Nov, 1130-1230:  Who pulled the plug on RI
birds?  Only 10 species observed, all usual  suspects.  Except for a handful
of Mallard along the shoreline catching some Zs, even the Potomac River was
devoid of birds.  Only Carolina Wren were in abundance, with 10 noted.
