Hi Tom
There are usually longspurs in with the horned larks along Lilypons and
Oland Roads (and sometimes other near-by sites) in Frederick Co. We will be
going out scouting for Sugarloaf CBC (which is Jan. 2) so if we find any
longspurs or snow buntings will post to this list.
Off-topic, but do you know about the Boreal Owl in NYC? And of course, our
own famous "Shrimpy" the Kelp Gull in Maryland...wondered if eiher of these
might be lifers for you...
