Hi all,
I was told by others to look carefully on the spot
on its bill. Spent last two hours studied the size of
black spot on bill. There had been confusion of the
race by the size of the spot on bill. After reviewing
several books, from what I saw, a faint dark (black)
spot on its bill. The light was bad as we got
overcast all morning.
I believe it may be the american race called
"Short-billed" as it may be the same bird from Friday.
My mind was in jinx as I have loads of stuff going on,
with railroad building in basement, catching up on
2004 Yearlist before deadline, running on fire and
ems (emergency medical service) calls on some nights
after works (duty call 7pm-7am daily). All this taking
a lot of stress on me and got my mind mixed up.
