Part of my territory for the Pax River CBC was Cove Point and as I scoped 
those same pound nets at approx. 2:45 PM, I counted 12 Brown Pelicans and 19 
Double Crested Cormorants. I also found a dead pelican on the Cove Pt. gas 
plant beach.
