Hi Folks,
While unsuccessfully looking for pheasants at Southwest Area Park in Balt.
Co. this afternoon, I saw six raptors, each a different species: N.
HARRIER, SHARPY, COOPER'S, RED-SHOULDER, RED-TAIL, and AM. KESTREL. I was
hoping one of the regular Bald Eagles would fly over, but not this evening.
The N. Harrier flew to within about ten feet of my car, as I sat staying out
of the blustery conditions. Still lots of sparrows around, mostly Song,
Savannah, and White-throat, with one imm White-crowned noted today.
