Lincoln's Sparrow help, Haines Point 1/28/05

	Bonnie, et al - many thanks for the help. I've learned a fair bit about
sparrow IDs from this exchange, which will stand me in good stead in the
years ahead.

	On a quick drive around Haines Point, DC, before heading into work on the
morning of 1/28, I also had the SNOW GOOSE (looking pretty worn and cold) in
among 100s of Canada Geese on the golf course. (This a new DC bird for us, I
think). A massive adult Bald Eagle was in a large tree at the end of the
point, accompanied by one very brave crow.
	Not much else waterfowl around, aside from the usual GBBGs and Mallards.
