This morning, 1/29, between 10:00 and 1:00 I counted birds at Ft. 
Howard County Park in Baltimore Co. The water bordering the park 
was frozen and paths were snow covered. Most of the birds were 
located on either side of the road leading into the park. The 
following is a list of the birds I saw or heard.
